I am 54 years old and I’m looking for a non-smoking home with a room to rent for the next year. I’m downsizing which is always fun! My ideal space is a bedroom with an en-suite. Shared bathroom is fine. Finished basements are great also. I’m quiet, work 5 days a week from home, go to church twice a week and that’s about it. I sometimes have programs and outings with my women’s group at church on weekends. I pay my bills. I prefer a place where h can cook, will clean up after myself as well.
