Reliable, laid back, introverted guy seeking a quiet, peaceful, and clean place to call home. I’m in the middle of applying to graduate school for an online program in social work. I value privacy, mutual respect, and healthy boundaries. I travel for work 4-5 times per year and am gone for multiple weeks at a time (at least 35% of the time in total), which makes me a pretty low-maintenance roommate for the most part.

My credit score is over 800 and I have well over 10x the monthly rent in savings, so payments will always be there and on time. I would prefer to start on shorter lease terms if possible in case there are any issues, but I’m amenable to signing a 1-year lease if I consider the offer particularly good.

Edit: I’ve gotten several messages from people wanting to rent to me who are above my stated budget. My current situation is month-to-month in a studio where I pay $700 ($2/sqft). I am open to living with roommates, but what you’re offering would need to be significantly better than what I’m currently working with in order for me to consider renting from you or teaming up with you on a lease.
