I’ve previously lived in properties in the suburbs of Houston, but I am currently hoping to relocate to the city. I am an easy person to get along with, and I already have experience living with other roommates and suite mates.

I am looking for roommate that is preferably female (or female/ nonbinary identifying), has a consistent source of income, and is okay living with a dog. I’m ideally hoping to live with 2-3 other people to lower cost. I may know someone who is interested in being one of the roomies.

My budget is ~900 but can be flexible depending on the situation, etc

I have a dog named Cairo, he’s seven, but he’s super friendly. He loves meeting new people but he can be shy around other dogs sometimes. He has experience living with other dogs for short periods of time and has never had any bad experiences.

I’ve already reviewed a lot of properties in the area, but I am hoping to continue the search with three-four bedrooms this time. I think it would be cool to live in a townhome/ duplex, or a midrise apartment with great amenities. I like to look for places that have really good gyms onsite, or space to set up an area to exercise in the unit.
