Mostly keep to myself but am friendly, respectful, and mature. I don’t mind good conversation it just may take some time for me to initiate it.

I’m a capable adult that can handle conflict in a mature and friendly manner, always prefer to talk things out rather than be petty. While I’m cishet I absolutely prefer that whoever I room with is very much on the left. I’m not interested in living with bigots! Someone who is artsy would be nice as I am hoping to pursue music and someone who, “gets,” what art is all about will get why I do what I do. That being said we can sort something out with me playing music in my room. Most of my instruments are digital and therefore would route into my headphones so you’d never hear them! If possible I would like us to figure out a good hour or a few each day that it would be okay for me to practice louder things (mostly singing) but if that’s not in the cards then I understand. I have enough saved for a few months of rent if I’ve contacted you, and am pretty confident that I can find work within 1-2 weeks of moving in, but if somehow someway that doesn’t happen then I have my family to fall back to so there will be no issue with me moving out in that case.
