Down-to-earth, friendly, caring, responsible, clean, respectful, and artistic island gal who mostly stays to herself but loves to get to know others. I’m looking for the following for my new space: -Budget: $650-$750

• Unfurnished
• Plenty of storage space throughout the house; especially, in the closet. -Pet friendly: I have a 5 month old kitten -Easy Parking (is a must) -In unit laundry -Okay with occasional overnight visitors that stay for a few days to a week. My family and friends visit me every now and then.
• A plus if these features are available 1. Co-ed ( females & males) living situation is preferred 2. Internet and/or utilities included 3. Near shopping, gym, and transit 4. An equidistance location between Columbia, MD and Washington DC. And not too far from New Carrollton, MD.
