Hi, Im looking to rent a room in a building or house. A rent stabilized building is preferred. A studio is fine too. I’m looking to move as soon as possible. I prefer a roommate between the ages of 26 through 43. I clean after myself in the house. I don’t make noise at night. I don’t invite a bunch of people. I sleep at night. I mind my own business. I need a peace of mind at home. I like to listen to music, excersize, watch movies and go out sometimes. I appreciate art. I usually have to sleep from 7:30pm through 4:40am weekly because I work. I don’t want to hear screaming or loud music. Thank you.
