I’m a 56 YO non-drinking/non-smoking (no prob if you do either) healthy business professional, who pays his bills on time. My GF owns a home in Hopkinton, but won’t live together until we get married. Looking anywhere within about 30 minutes of Hopkinton (specifically I495 & Exit 54B). Between work and GF, I’ll mostly just be spending the night and showering in the morning. My 8 YO Boxer (Gronk) does not bark at anything and is super chill/friendly. He hides from strangers and is mostly invisible to them LOL. Family in Ohio, so I usually spend about a week there every month or so. Lease is up 7/19 but willing to move in as early as end of June.
