Hi everyone! My name is Scott and I am a 30 year old working professional who lives in Folsom. I currently have my own place and am looking to save a bit extra per month by renting a room/bathroom when my lease is up. My current place is clean and tidy and I’m interested in finding someone who also values a clean home. I work weekends so will not be partying/ noisy at late hours and hope that you are similar. Peace (especially in my home) is very important to me, so I am looking for a chill home. I’m also open to meeting first to see if we’re a good fit.

My ideal situation would be month to month as I am looking to move soon, but I could be open to other options regarding short term leases.
