Hi, I’m looking to rent a room in the South Bay - Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach or Hermosa Beach. I’m super super clean and organized. I love working & I also study project management. I love to clean and work on my laptop on weekends or go check out coffee shops or museums. Working out. My background is in Digital Marketing and I love business. I don’t drink or smoke or anything close to that. I’m pretty minimalistic and clean. Looking for a place that values the same. I’m working on an online business and I love to research and study. I also love growth-mindset and personal development. I do not have pets or children. But I love pets. I’m currently in Hermosa Beach. My budget is $800 to $1700…depending on location and place. I’m pretty simple and friendly person. I don’t mind if people want to keep to themselves or want to have a chat every now and then.
