I’m trying to find a place within 5 miles of 54th st & Division preferable on the east side of 131. I work a full time job and hope to be able to afford a vehicle soon. I do video editing for my church. While my 1 kid is transgender (F to M), I’m not a fan of that lifestyle, however I’ve been living in the same house as this kid of mine for a few years and don’t know if he’d visit but would definitely enjoy it if he does. My budget is changing in my favor soon. after which my credit score should start to improve quickly.
