Future Room Wanted – Denver Area

I relocated to Denver this January. I’m a Colorado native — born in Montrose and my favorite memories were time spent in Ouray with my cousins — though I’ve spent the past 15–20 years primarily on the East Coast. Most recently, I’ve been living between Portland, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

I bring about 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry. My background also includes serving as the Marketing Ambassador/Sales Manager for Orangetheory Fitness in South Beach Miami, freelance photography (which I’m working toward building into a full-time career), and owning/operating my own property management company. Of which my services have included; professional deep cleanings, light carpentry, landscaping, preventative maintenance, and general repairs (non-certified plumbing/electrical). Maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of my living space is extremely important to me.

Currently, I am in a month-to-month rental in Green Valley Ranch while I secure employment. Once I’m settled into a new role, I’ll be looking for a more long-term living situation. I am a minimalist and moved here with just two suitcases, so a furnished room with a bed would be ideal — though Im no stranger to an air mattress while getting established.

At home, I value: Open communication and mutual respect. Occasional movie/game nights and cooking family-style shared meals. Building genuine friendships with housemates. I’m not looking for a party house — maintaining routines and a grounded living space is important to me. I’m clean, proactive, and naturally attentive to home upkeep and organization.

Outside of the home: I stay active with fitness, yoga, and community activities. I enjoy dining out just as much as I love cooking at home — it’s fun being on the other side of my hospitality background. Nature bathing and exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping is my reset button, which naturally connects to my passion for wildlife and landscape photography.

If this somehow reads like it could double as my dating profile on Hinge, I assure you that was not intentional… although if I do end up copying and pasting it, at least you’ll know I’m consistent. 😂
