I’d make a great roommate because I’m clean, considerate, and pretty low-key. I always wash my dishes, keep shared spaces tidy, and like to keep things minimal and clutter-free. My bed’s made, laundry’s folded and put away. You won’t have to worry about messes with me! I am definitely the minimalist type and do not really like clutter. I love to go to the gym, meal prep, and play video games. Originally from Las Vegas, NV and permanently moved to New Jersey for business. My salary is around 70k with bills only being car insurance. $0 in debt. Preferably looking for a room with a private bathroom inside a house. If it is a shared bathroom in an apartment that is 100% fine as well. I drive an electric vehicle so a charger would be a huge plus.
