I am a social and healing justice advocate who does a lot of traveling for work as well a volunteering. I educate and facilitate retreats to support our communities with recovery as well as their emotional and physical healing. I use modalities from NEAR science, Mind Body Medicine, and Indigenous Wisdom to aid our communities in the rebuilding our resilience and healing our relationship within and to community. I participate in ‘responsibly humaning’ as a common good because I know we must pay compassion forward. I enjoy quite time as well as social connection. Peace and solidarity.
