Hi! 👋 I’m Jessica, looking for a room near the Irvine Spectrum. I recently transferred to Din Tai Fung at Irvine Spectrum, so I’m hoping to find a place close to work.

I work a lot, so I’m out most of the day. When I’m home, I’m quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m easygoing, responsible, and always clean up after myself.

I do have two sweet cats 🐾 who are well-behaved and mostly keep to themselves, so I’m looking for a pet-friendly home.

I’m hoping to find a comfortable, relaxed place with friendly roommates and a positive, drama-free environment. I’m a reliable tenant, pay rent on time, and am looking forward to finding a great place to call home for a while.
