Hello, I’m in my mid-50s looking to change careers. I was a full time journalist for 40 years. I am currently working three jobs while finishing a masters degree and preparing to take the certification test for entering the health and fitness (personal training) industry. I have lived in my current apartment complex for 13 years with no major problems. However, I’m looking to reduce expenses and save money while transitioning. Nor do I feel my current apartment is worth the rent increase each year. I also lived in the same house in Winter Park for the previous six years without any problems. I like to keep a clean and organized living area, sweeping and mopping on a regular basis. I don’t smoke, do drugs or even drink alcohol. I have been single for a long time, have my own tv, furniture and laptops. So, I expect to spend most of my time in my room
as opposed to any common areas.
