Hi, I’m a 41-year-old full-time water treatment plant operator. I work rotating 12-hour shifts and am looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful place closer to work. I own a home near Richmond, but because of a recent change in my family/living situation, I’m looking for a room that I can use as my main place near work. I will still be away several days each month visiting my children and handling family responsibilities. I’m quiet, clean, financially stable, responsible, and a non-smoker. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also respect people’s space and shared areas. Mostly, I’m looking for a peaceful place to rest, sleep, and keep a stable routine with my work schedule.
