A little bit about Me ?I am looking for a room in Wilton from Nov until April 2026? I am a Canadian snowbird looking to spend my winter in Wilton again. Looking with kitchen privileges I am an LGBT guy respectful, responsible, very clean, friendly, honest, neat, quiet, easy to talk with, and very clean. You must be the owner of the place. Also, I can provide a police background I am healthy vaccinated (go to the gym Crunch 4-6 times a week), will be out most of the day (cycling, beach, gym, friends, jogging coffee meet up, etc.), I am financially stable ( monthly income, savings, rental income), great credit rating of over 700, and I am a non-smoker no drugs, no evictions no drama. I love dogs but I am allergic to cats and will gladly contribute to housework once a week. I will follow owner rules, will not bring overnight guests to the house, and will treat your place like I treat mine. I am also an owner. I don’t have any pets. My previous landlord said “ You are the best tenant, I said Why? He said “because you never home”“ I am usually out active and enjoying the weather. I can be flexible with days and open to options.
