Just me and my cat… We have a home waiting for us November 1st of this year, but my roommate is moving earlier, so I need a short-term stay. I’m tidy, love things clean and orderly and I pay my bills on time. I don’t smoke or drink. I enjoy nature, photography and my own company. I’m friendly but private and dislike drama - who needs it? I have grandchildren whom I visit regularly. I’m looking to rent one bedroom with a private bathroom in a quiet neighborhood. About my cat: Joey is 8 years old. He is strictly an indoor critter, box-trained, has all of his shots and gets his nails trimmed regularly. He’s also a scaredy cat and mostly would be in my room. He does not jump on counters.
