Hello there, I’m Juan Carlos.

I’m a goofball and a nerd looking mostly to get back to the comfort of Red Hook Brooklyn (where my best memories are).

I’m lgbtq friendly (I’m pansexual), sex positive, and incredibly respectful and communicative with boundaries.

In general, I’m a friendly scifi and fantasy geek who likes to play video games and board games, loves the LotR and Star Wars and Star Trek, reads a bunch of novels, and goes out to the occasional party to try to find like minded people for fun.

I don’t drink or smoke or do any drugs, but don’t care if my roommate(s) partake, as long as it’s in a respectful way.

My budget is $1200 monthly for rent (and about an additional $150 to $200 for splitting utilities/internet).

If possible, I’d like to find a place in Red Hook before October.
