I’m a creative type, enjoy communal type living, and am responsible and organized as a roommate. Would enjoy intergenerational and welcome an older woman friend or mentor or senior guy if easygoing personality who respects solo time needs of each other. Ideal would be a work/live situation if I could find it but am also job searching, moving from self-employment and gig work. Have a science/research background but NYC has energized my creative side and I like to build & remodel furniture into art.
