Single mom, 50-50 custody, have a daughter (14) & a son (16) both in High School. I am active, like to go out with friends, into working out, hot yoga, dance. Looking to share a house or townhome-I need at least 2 rooms, preferably 3. My kids are with me part-time and both play beach & club volleyball. We spend most of our time in Laguna Beach & Dana Point. Kids are independent, easy going, and either playing sports or studying mostly.
