Hellooooo.

I am clean and respectful of shared and personal spaces. I am in a transition career wise and am looking for a warm community of like minded adults for a couple of years.

I have one cat that is my dfl (dude for life). He was a rescue from when I lived in SF and is a very loving boy. I have a fully remote and well paying job so I am open to relocating to a few different cities.

I will probably be out during the workday, I am not one to stay in all week, but there may be a day or two a week where it just makes sense to wfh.

I am a progressive person, and am looking for a situation where we can share a great space and location because everyone has the means and chooses to make a truly unique living experience. I am looking for the right fit, time and place and am not rushing to exit my current situation.

I own my home currently and will either rent or sell it.

Oh! And I love to attend concerts and play music, so you might find me practicing quietly when I am not working during the day.

Living in NYC in my 20’s I am no stranger to good roomy etiquette. If I cook, I clean up etc.
