Clean, organized, pay my rent on time, can pass a background check, and I’m out of the house a lot. I sleep late and work a 2nd shift schedule. I’m a bar tender. Basically, I’ll be out of house 3-4 days/nights a week and hanging with my dog and doing errands during the day time. If you work during the day we’ll have lots of time to ourselves in the shared spaces!!!
