Into: please contact me if you have a tiny house or a suite with private kitchen for short term rent, willing to pay more for it. My dream is to live in a tiny house or a cabin I have an emergency and looking to move in 30 to 55 days from now (June 6th) as I have a serious safety concern in my current rental

What I am looking for: I am looking to move in around the end of June or beginning of July, Portland and Multnomah, but ready to pay a deposit for reservation now. However, I am looking for a short stay, less than 6 months, and possibly only one month too as I am waiting for government assisting housing (section 8 ), and will move out once approved within couple of months. But I will try to provide a 30 days or more move-out notice and willing to pay for 2 months fully even if staying shorter.

Rental /criminal history, gpa: I don’t have any evictions, but do have a misdemeanor on file, as I was framed by an abusive relative which was the most horrifying and traumatic experience in my life, and I am currently working on suing that relative for serious abuse and getting expungement! I also have good credit history, and my score is high fair, and I am almost a straight A student with 3.8 GPA. Can verify ID and student ID.

Budget: My maximum budget is 1000$ a month, plus the deposit (total of 2000$ to move in), however, I will give preference to rooms within 600$-850$ range including utilities.

Additional about me: I am a student surviving off a college loan and SSI, and looking for a room for myself only, no pets. I don’t smoke or vape or use drugs, clean up well after myself (as much as I can and I try hardest), do not play loud music, do not own or bring pets (as mentioned), and you will most likely will not have an unpleasant interaction with me as I am quite and nice, and I do expect mutual respectful professional relationships. Most likely, you won’t see me much too besides being in my room. I am also Covid-19 vaccinated and have all other vaccines, and have extremely good hygiene. However, I do bring guests during the daytime sometimes (once or twice a week), and it’s okay if you will require an approval for each guest and it’s fine if they can’t stay overnight. I just like to hangout with friends, so to speak, which means if you have “no guest” policy, please let me know, and I will be able to hangout with them in public, and I will still consider your room. Also, I like to cook, but I am also good at cleaning, and will not leave any dirty dishes, and always (!) try to clean up after myself. You may find me golden, or I may need some accommodations if you will find my cleaning skills insufficient such as creating a clean up check-list, but I am sure we can communicate it. 🙂 I also like taking baths, and if you have a bath it’s a huge plus, but I will still consider your application if it’s only a shower. Despite being disabled, I do not need any special disability accesses and do not require much accommodations, and I am easy going too, you will most likely not see me much.

I was born in Eastern Europe, but grown up in the heart of Hollywood in Los Angeles. I am an artist who currently doesn’t do much physical art (meaning there won’t be stains) besides cooking and study to become a therapist in Portland State University. I really enjoys learning. I also volunteer in 988 suicide prevention hotline, and donate plasma twice a week to save lives. I love unique small designer brand fashion, antiques, shopping, makeup, listening to music sometimes in my headphones, eating healthy foods, hiking, doing insect taxidermy and reading. People say I am an extremely nice, respectful, independent, beautiful and unique individual who is worth knowing.

I am LGBTQ+ friendly and don’t mind 420 or tobacco, but will never smoke myself. I also don’t have any pet allergies, and if you have pets it’s fine. Note: I am not a trans woman myself, my gender and identify is female, but I am bi, if you are interested in my identity.

About you: You preferably have a bathtub in a house which I can use daily, not OCD type of clean up to picking on me (I am sorry) or willing to provide accommodations and modify cleaning policies as I may miss a spot or two sometimes, and I will clean them right after seeing. And as long as you are a nice person who doesn’t want to pick on others for any smallest reason, we will get together well! And you are possibly ready to accept rental assistance programs, it’s a big plus, and I will gladly cooperate with you. If not, it’s not a that big deal; as I am still willing and capable of paying out of pocket, as I have a real emergency due to currently living in a very unsafe rental and I am afraid for life due to my “landlords” being verbally violent and possibly wanting to commit acts of violence against me (which I personally heard them discussing at night). You also respect my privacy and will not go to my room when I am not home as my current “landlords” did for reason of personal entertainment and curiosity.

Promise: I will do my best not to make you uncomfortable and to be the best possible roommate, it’s my fair promise to you and your community and family!
