I’ve been in my current house for 14 years, and I overpaid my rent accidentally and when I realized it in contact with the management company is gone into a whole another situation and I’m just ready to move it’s just me and my cat I have two cats I have one I’ve had for 9 years and I have one that had I’ve had a year and they’re both females and I love the area I live in which is the Northeast Bakersfield I’ve been in this house 14 years and I just want to move I don’t feel safe here I can’t live where people steal from me and then lie on me and say I owe them $1,200 where I have all my rent receipts and I can show you or anybody else the amount of rent that was due in the amount that was paid and how it was $1,200 was overpaid in 10 months so that’s why I’m looking and I’m single my child’s grown I just need a place where I can rest my head and feel safe for me and my cats for at least minimum 6 months
