Need to get away from an abusive landlord. I’m looking for a good-sized furnished bedroom OR furnished bedroom+space. I will pay $525 up to $670, depending on amenities. I don’t need cable, but I need wi-fi. A roomie/landlord that is honest and mature is a MUST. If I do something that bugs you, we can discuss it in an adult manner. I clean up after myself and am willing to share in house-cleaning. I’m friendly but many times keep to myself. I mind my own business and I don’t like drama. I try to be quiet after 9PM. I smoke outside. I love friendly animals and kids. Also looking in LAKESIDE, MECHANICSVILLE and ASHLAND.
