Hi! I’m a 20-year-old student at Moorpark College who also works from home, so I stay pretty busy and keep a structured routine. I’m clean, respectful, and pretty low-key during the week. I go to the gym regularly, focus on school and work, and really value coming home to a peaceful, organized space.

I’m not a partier and don’t bring a lot of random guests over (I do have a boyfriend, and hes very respectful). I’m very mindful about shared spaces. I clean up after myself right away, keep common areas tidy, and communicate openly if anything comes up. I’m big on mutual respect and making sure everyone feels comfortable in their home. I have a senior cat (16 yr) who would need to come with me. She is litter trained and a very mellow cat.

I’d be great to live with because I’m reliable, drama-free, and considerate. I respect boundaries, quiet hours, and personal space, but I’m also friendly and down to hang out occasionally.
