Hello! My name is Lisa. I’m a mature single woman who is extremely respectful and responsible looking to share a home with others. Preferably an older couple with a finished basement would be awesome. I am currently not working but do have an adequate income. I have 2 little chihuahuas who are house broken. My children are grown and live out of state. I’m very much to myself and don’t have any drama or issues in my life. I’m a Christian and do go to church as often as possible . I’m a General Manager for a restaurant but currently out on a work comp injury from 9/2024. I had back surgery and still recovering from my injury. Hence, the reason I’m looking to share living space. I don’t know a lot of people in Longmont and spend a lot of time alone. It’s been an extremely hard 20 months since my accident and I’ll be happy to discuss in more detail if need be. I’m looking for a peaceful home, a clean home, and someone who likes their privacy as much as I do. I’m looking for at least a 6 month lease term.
