I moved to Oceanside from Nebraska 4 years ago with my youngest son. I’m a new empty-nester looking to down-size. I am a quiet, laid back person and currently work remotely starting at 6am so I’m usually in bed by 10:30 but it doesn’t matter if you’re a night owl. I have a well-behaved older velcro dog that hangs out with me. I don’t cook much but do like to keep the house tidy. In my spare time I like going to the beach, walking my dog, watching sports both live and on tv especially volleyball and football. I have family in Redondo Beach and in Vista that I visit and hang out with friends for trivia and music nights/concerts and will be traveling to my sons college volleyball matches. I do have grown children that will visit occasionally so am open to sharing a 3br if you have the need for an office/guest bedroom otherwise we will make other arrangements.
