Hello! My name is Arielle and I am looking for a room/apartment/studio/house to live with my fiance as soon as possible! I am 24 years old and he is 30. We just moved to the area this year and I work as a waitress/manager and do part time at mother restaurant while my fiance was a traveling sous chef but is now a local sous chef in the area as we are hoping to stay here more permanently. We do have a dog who is very well trained. She does not bark at all, has never used the bathroom in the house, and does not get into anything including trash. When moving out here, my fiance and I found a place, viewed the house and met with the couple who “owned it”, and after signing a lease; was scammed out of 2,500$. Because of this, was paying 5/600$ weekly at a hotel for awhile until our current situation where we have been renting from someone for the past five months but now her sister is moving to the US and will be moving into the house I’m currently renting so we need to find a new place by May! Short term or long term lease. Weekly payments or monthly. We both work full time and are very hard working/reliable people. We are quiet, organized, and never late on payments! Making 3x the rent is not an issue. We want to rent to own the next property we buy but with our timeline and everything- we just need a place to call our own nd help us become more financially secure while also helping us build our future here more permanent.
