Looking for a team up- it is waaay too expensive to live alone!

A perfect living situation for me would be a floorplan with the rooms on opposite sides of the property, with roommates that acted like they were at camp. Only use things with your name on it, try to uphold common rules about noise, and participate in scheduled activities once in a while. (Example, once a month movie and pizza nights. We don’t have to be best friends, but it is important to me to feel like we are on the same team.)

Now for some basic info about me…

I’m an artist who is young at heart with a sweet cat. I’m respectful of rules and peace. Fully employed outside the home during normal business hours. I am very serious about taking care of my cat, who would stay in my room unless I am home.

Seeking an unfurnished space, preferably with a private entrance. Hoping to divide the refrigerator and chores, but share common areas. I have all pots, pans, utensils and detergents that I require. Living with me is like having a friendly ghost around… I don’t need anything from you, I won’t eat your food: just trying to share some space and funny stories.
