I’m Canadian, so travel back and forth from Surrey, BC to Tacoma for work. I rented an airbnb in Lakewood on lake Louise from November 2024 to July 1 2025 and another suite in Tacoma from August to November 2025. I have Excellent references. I have own home in surrey, bc. Business professional with excellent credit. I will generally be around 3-7 days a week. I don’t smoke; no drugs, drink socially. I am a great roommate as I am tidy and home just to get cleaned up and go work with clients. Very healthy & fun. Great with kids and animals. Yes of course I can cook!
