I’m Adal, I clean up after myself, I buy my own cleaning supplies, I don’t do any kinds of drugs and most importantly respect everyone equally and I expect that back (mutual courtesy). Overall, I have a stable income with a set schedule and a strong work ethic. I like to cook, workout, read and I tend to mind my own business. I’m looking for a minimum 3–4-month. I’m big on hygiene.

What I expect for the homeowner is to be TRANSPARENT about rules, regulations in the area, have a legitimate lease, stable income and good and safe maintained house. 🚫Don’t try to make excuses to not give my deposit back at the end!🚫
