Hi. 🙂 Peace be with you. I’m looking to temporarily rent a room in a clean & respectful home. (Long-team stay depends upon the terms & conditions). I am Black, Female-born, and 55+ years of age. I don’t have any pets, though I’m open to certain pets. I’m looking for a Female-only, smoke-fee, drug-free, alcohol-free preferred (certainly no drunkenness), LGBTQ-free, neat & tidy, “safe” and “quiet” neighborhood with access to sidewalks in the neighborhood because I enjoy long walks. Additionally, I often keep to myself & mind my own business and prefer others do the same until such a time as I’m very comfortable with who I’m dealing with. 🙂 Timely payments are guaranteed.
