I’m looking to rent in the West Socal area as I will be moving there for work from the Bay area. I am extremely clean and looking to rent a room with my own bathroom and bed set. I go out occasionally but not every weekend. I have respect for other peoples personal space and belongings and I am pretty quite. I am looking for a room with another professional who is friendly, welcoming, clean and respectful.
