Hi! My name is Carrissa. I am a single mother of one looking for a room to rent for me and my daughter in Modesto. I am very clean, quiet, and respectable. I keep to myself, but I do love to socialize. I do not smoke, or drink by choice, but respect others decisions. I do have a clean background, and a steady job. I generally do work the night shift, but sometimes days as well. At the moment, I am living with my family, but that is not permanent because it is crowded in my families home, so I would like to find something soon for me and my daughter. The reason I am searching is because rent is so expensive in Modesto to live alone.
