I’m planning to purchase a home at the end of 2026, once interest rates become more favorable. In the meantime, I’m looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to rent through the end of 2026 (or January 2027). I’m a quiet, respectful housemate with excellent references — I lived with my previous housemate for nearly two years and always paid rent on time. I have a high credit score (800+), keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and value open communication and mutual respect in a shared home. I enjoy cooking and baking, and love sharing meals if my housemates are open to it. I meditate daily, hike regularly from September through June, and am actively involved in my local community. I also spend time caring for my horse, which is a big part of my life. Other interests include traveling, photography and visiting family in other states.
