I’ve been renting a room in a house for the past 3.5 years. I have to move because the place is being sold.

I own my own car. I do remote work for a floor removal business plus on fixed income.

Budget is preferably 700 but can go up to a max 800 per month with everything included (net, water, electric). I’m looking for a private room.
