No roomies, merely myself interested in renting from a Christian home owner. I have references and am bondable. I mind my own business. I DO NOT pilfer nor plunder. I stay in the room I rent and rest, read, study and prepare my breakfast at night or early in the A.M. before cleaning up and departing for the day. I do not have time to socialize w/the home owner. I merely need a room to rent. I am an online student w/no computer. I use public computers on campus and/or the public library. I do not watch television, merely listen to KUAC/NPR. My mode of transportation is Mac’s bus line or walking. The ideal location would be on or just off College Road. I only need a room w/lavatory privileges. The pay on rent depends on many factors but I am conservative and use sO little that the utilities to date anywhere I have rented have never escalated due anything I did. I have my own food, hot-plate and sleeping bag and pad mattress. If you have a bed in the room I can sleep next to it w/out your having to take the bed out. Rental room is needed for mid-long term. I do not drink, smoke nor do drugs. I do not smoke cannabis nor do I entertain. I come in go to the rental room and remain there until I need to use the lavatory or W/D if available. I reiterate, “I do not have time to socialize”. Of course I do say hello and ask how are you and simple questions perhaps. The room is needed immediately. The rental fee depends on many facts of the matter. I am seldom there during the day and cannot afford to pay bills I am not responsible. There has invariably been profit everywhere I have ever rented. I’d rather not discuss my age but I am an active citizen within the community. I do not have pets. I await your kind response.
