CAN PAY 3-6mo $RENT UPFRONT….. for the right situation and if the discount is worth it. Also, willing to stay longer or sign a longer lease possibly. I just need to find a room to rent ASAP, that’s fast & simple preferably, and will go from there. Therefore, I’m willing to pay the multi month rent upfront and hopefully that would be beneficial to someone out there needing to cover any immediate expenses.

I’m a hard working, honest, trustworthy person. I can stay to myself and rarely be seen or I can be the life of the party, whichever is best for the living situation. I prefer a clean, organized living environment, so you’ll never see any of my belongings or mess come outside of my room.
