I work full-time M-F 8:30-5:30 at the Shenandoah Foot and Ankle Center. Single, no children or pets, non smoker, non drinker, quiet, routine. I’m currently paying $1200/month and that is too high of an expense for me. Hoping to find a nice, comfortable place where I can start to feel financially balanced. I’m well mannered, and keep to myself, yet opened and friendly. This is just a financial strategy I’m hoping will work out for everyone. I’ve never lived with strangers before but I’m willing to try something new.
