I’m a clean, respectful, and easy-going tenant who values both privacy and a friendly home atmosphere. I keep shared spaces tidy, pay rent and utilities on time, and am mindful of others’ schedules. As a graduate student/intern, I have a busy routine, so I’m often out during the day, and when I’m home, I keep things quiet and peaceful. I take good care of where I live and communicate well, making me an easy person to share a home with.
