I’m a 24-year-old data analyst, after 3 years out of undergrad living in Philly, I’m returning to school for my Econ PhD at Clemson starting with Fall. (Looking for housing Aug 1 2026 - Jul 2027.) I’m very clean and responsible, keep my room fairly organized, am a decent cook, and am quiet and value roommates who also cooperate in ensuring tidy and clean common areas and keep noise volumes down. I’m admittedly a bit of nerd—who else goes for their PhD anyways?—so in my free time, when I’m not buried in a book, coding, or writing or reading an econ paper, I’m out walking, hiking, or enjoying some sun at the pool or playing piano.
