I’m quiet, bookish, conscientious and I love cats. I am looking for a peaceful haven. That would be a room or mother-in-law suite in a smoke-free, pleasant, private home, in walking distance to the Top of the Hill (Chestnut Hill) and East Mt. Airy (Wawa area). I’m willing to do negotiable chores to reduce the rent. I will respect your personal space and am seeking the same. I’m busy now with writing and sketching. I do need the rental ASAP, please! I prefer a long term rental but am open to shorter, if need be..
