I am an easy going 61yr old (non- smoking) female who who always practices good hygiene, and I keep a tidy house (without being a neat freak). I am low keyed and do not tolerate loud music or loud noises in the home. I am also someone who would not mind teaming up with others to house share. I prefer to live with non-heavy drinkers/also non smokers, and I would prefer a setting with ppl not needing a reminder to clean up after themselves. Overall, mature individuals (over 60yrs old) who are kind and respect one another is most suitable for me..without a question of anyone feeling unsafe in the home.
