Jake

Hi, I’m Jake, 26. I’m a full-time student at UEI training to become an electrician, and I also work full-time in construction. I keep a pretty structured schedule, usually out of the house early (around 5 AM) and staying busy during the week with work and classes.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m mindful of shared spaces and keeping things peaceful at home. I’m reliable with rent and consistent with routines, so I’m someone you won’t have to worry about.

Outside of work and school, I’m pretty laid-back. I enjoy staying active, being outdoors, and just keeping life simple and productive.
