Jade

Hi, my name is Jade. I’m 18 years old, a high school student, and I work part-time with biweekly pay. I work every day, so I have a reliable paycheck. I prefer having my own space, but with the way the economy is, having a roommate just makes sense — especially as a student. I’m moving out because of a toxic environment at home, and it’s becoming stressful every day. I’m ready to have stability, explore, be creative, and decorate my own space.

I also have an emotional support animal — she’s a terrier pitbull who’s very bubbly and friendly. Cooking is one of my hobbies, and I’d love our home to feel comfortable, creative, and beautiful — a place we can both truly enjoy.

Why I would be a great roommate: I’m bubbly, talkative, and full of energy. I love having fun, but I also respect boundaries and rules. We don’t have to be best friends, but I believe in creating a respectful and enjoyable living space for both of us.
