Hey! I’m starting the search for a new place + roommates for a September 1st move-in (or possibly mid-August if the right situation comes up). I’m a pastry chef, so there high chance there will randomly be cookies, cakes, or experimental desserts in the kitchen. I’m pretty easygoing, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and ideally looking for a comfortable home that is centric and close to work. I’m looking for 1–2 roommates and hoping to keep my budget around $1400+ depending on the place and setup. Open to different neighborhoods including logan circle, columbia heights and mt vernon triangle and definitely down to apartment hunt together if we vibe.
