I am looking for a room for March 15th .I am an independent, healthy 63 year old man with a degree in biochemistry, who rides a bike, and juggles a full schedule (work, play, study, chill). I moved back to the Northeast in 2025 after living down South and abroad. I make money by tutoring bio/chem and I have been training to become a medical coder. I speak English, Spanish and some Dutch. I am neat, clean and wake up early. I like to live with people who are respectful of shared space and boundaries. I like cats, but I don’t have one. I spend my free time at the YMCA, playing tennis or softball, and (weather permitting) exploring RI by bike. I need stable internet for online courses. I don’t have a lot of furniture or stuff. I keep it pretty streamlined. I eat healthy and I live simply. I would prefer a non-smoking house. My current housemates are a mix of ages, goals, races, etc. I’m all good with it. I have a co-signer and good references.
