I’m a 36-year-old man, overall pretty low key. I tend to be quieter and introverted as a person, I don’t party or go out often. I can be quite the talker, however. My big hobbies lean on the nerdy side: books, comics, video games, painting models. I do habitually play video/digital tabletop games with friends, not an every night thing but once to twice a week if time allows. I do my best to keep quiet. Noise will not be an issue as I typically head to bed between 9 and 11.
